Candace Young is an accomplished graphic designer and marketing project manager with extensive experience in publishing, advertising and the financial industries. Working as a strategic business partner with multiple in-house and external clients, she has helped determine marketing needs and created business plans to achieve long-term goals. She has been responsible for creating and maintaining brand guidelines for company entities and products, such as ISI Recruiting, ISI Banking Center, major event collateral, and new WRL insurance products. She has won several advertising design awards, including a 2008 IFCA Best of Show and an Award of Excellence for advertising design in the international finance marketing industry.

Candace is also an award-winning photographer and has been published in Pontiac Performance Magazine, Focus Magazine, About.com and others. In 2003, she was honored to receive both a 1st place and an Honorable Mention in the London Photographic Awards.
